B.Week-ends, According to delivery, quality, cost, service, weekly summary and planning.

C.Monthly redemption，Monthly assessment and evaluation, reward excellence and punishment inferior.

(3). Management System Processing Instructions

This structure is our company’s basic project framework, which can be expanded /optimized at any time due to the expansion of project business or the requirements of cooperative company.

Standard products: have been ordered or planned to be ordered within 2 months，7 days.

New products: New molds or new materials, have been never placed for more than half a year,15 days.
